Reality Based Group (RBG), a customer experience firm, hired an outside agency to implement a brand update. Unfortunately, due to a lack of strategic planning and comprehensive execution, the refresh fell short of expectations, leaving the brand update incomplete. RBG contracted me to further develop and complete their visual identity system including company and sales brochures, presentation and client pitch templates, proposal templates, social media graphics, and WordPress development.
