pcl Brand Ambassador summit

Following the completion of a re-brand, PCL’s marketing/communication leads were tasked with galvanizing PCL employees around the updated brand. The team held a 7-week online brand summit to equip a core team of brand ambassadors with knowledge and tools to successfully communicate the brand. We also delivered over 75 training presentations for a variety of audiences including the C-suite, marketing and communication professionals, business development leads, district managers, HR professionals, administrative assistants, and purchasing departments that highlighted how to implement the brand in their unique roles. Finally, each of the 30 district offices held a townhall style presentation sharing what it means to think, talk and act like an PCLer and the value it brings to clients followed by a suite of printed/digital promotional materials, a new brand portal, company store and intranet.
